You will be sent link to my booking calendar on receipt of deposit. You will then be able to arrange coaching sessions at time convenient to you. (I am available during school hours and evenings, working with a limited number of clients so as to ensure availability/flexibility).

- optional 'momentum calls' alternative weeks to coaching sessions
- 7 x MAMA RISING™ pre-recorded lessons with workbook, to process and articulate your matrescence

3 MONTHS personalised support (£996*)
- 6 x 1hr fortnightly coaching sessions, to achieve and be held accountable to 3 life goals
- 7 x MAMA RISING™ pre-recorded lessons with workbook, to process and articulate your matrescence
- 'momentum check-ins' via whatsapp or email support in between sessions.
