These Terms and Conditions of Use are legally binding.  It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions of Use carefully, prior to purchase, or use of any of our products, including online and face to face in person courses.  These Terms​ ​and Conditions apply to all Mummy Me Time in person and online services, including Membership, Courses, Coaching and Group Coaching.

On this website, you will find blog posts, guides, interviews, training and more.  This information is provided solely for supporting mothers and expectant mothers.  Mummy Me Time cannot be held responsible for your decisions.

Mothers, Parents and Care Givers visiting this website, using our services or Courses:  You must take responsibility for your own decisions.  Mummy Me Time is not medically trained to solicit advise on specific medical situations, nor responsible for.  You are expected to get appropriate clinical, legal or financial advice when relevant.


All programs, products, courses or services are owned and provided by Mummy Me Time (“Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”).  The term “you” or “your” refers to any user or purchaser of said program(s), product(s), course(s), or service(s) (the “Course”).  These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern and define how you are allowed to use and access Company’s Course.   We reserve the right to update and change these Terms at any time, and will update them accordingly with the ‘date last updated’ at the top of this page.   The most recent version will always be accessible via out website, www.mummymetime.co.uk

You are legally bound to these Terms whether or not you have read them.  If you do not agree with any of our Terms, please email us at gemma@mummymetime.co.uk ​and we will make reasonable efforts to remove your name, email and access to our website.

Your Course Use & Consent

When you purchased a Course from us, you were given a reasonable notice that these Terms existed.  By moving forward with your purchase of the Course and further access of the Course, you agreed and continue to agree to abide by these Terms as well as any disclaimers and privacy disclosures contained in these Terms.


Mummy Me Time uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as emails, accounts information, and critical service details.  We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional emails.  If at any time you wish to stop receiving such correspondence you can simply click unsubscribe on any email you receive from us.

If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by emailing us at gemma@mummymetime.co.uk

In order to use the Mummy Me Time website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.

If you engage with Mummy Me Time via this website or choose to become our customer we may ask to collect the following kinds of personal information from you, including:

  • Contact details including your name and email address will be collected and stored in my secure email management system when you opt into my email list, register for a webinar or download a free guide or training.

Limited​ ​Licence.​  Subject to and in accordance with these Terms and other guidelines or instructions we include in the Course, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable licence (“licence”) to make individual use of the Course, including any courses purchased by you.

Your purchase of any Course only entitles you to view that Course in accordance with the foregoing licence, and is not a purchase of the content constituting or included in the Course.  More specifically, unless explicitly authorised in these Terms or by the owner of the materials, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from the Course(s).  You may, however, download and/or print a copy of the individual pages of the Course for your individual use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

The licence is for individual use.  You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Section or these Terms to any person or entity and any attempt to do so is void.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the website at any time if we find that you have violated these Terms. We will make every attempt to notify you of any violation of these Terms and give you an opportunity to remedy the violation.



Fees for Courses are set on the Website.  We reserve the right to change Course prices at any time.


Payment for Mummy Me Time products and services is taken using Simplero as the payment gateway and Stripe and PayPal as the secure merchant account.


If you are unhappy with the course content for any reason, please email gemma@mummymetime.co.uk  and I will endeavour to respond within 5 business days.

We will do our best to assist you, talk through your concerns and refund any fees where necessary.


Mummy Me Time Membership is a monthly membership program providing ongoing motherhood wellness support.  You will be billed automatically according to your chosen billing cycle and will be sent a receipt every time we bill you.  We don't give refunds, and you're paying for availability, so even if you don't use the service, you still have to pay us.

You can cancel your membership at any time by visiting https://simplero.com/purchases/previous clicking on your purchase, and then clicking manage payment, where you can change your payment method or cancel your subscription.


Gemma Mercer owns the registered and unregistered trademarks in Mummy Me Time.  You may not use these marks for any purpose without my written concent.

The content of this website is protected by copyright.  No portion of this website may be copied or replicated in any form without my written consent All images, text, designs, graphics, page layout, icons, videos, logos, taglines, trademarks and service marks are owned by and the property of Mummy Me Time or the properly attributed party.  It is a violation of law to use any of our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on provided in the Course is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should we choose to do so, including seeking financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing you to stop using our intellectual property immediately.

You May:

  • Access the Course for your individual use;
  • Download and/or print any Course materials for your individual use.

You May Not:

  • Re-sell or trade your access to the Course;
  • Share the Course with anyone else who has not yet purchased it or opted to receive it;
  • Reprint any portion of the Course, except as set forth above and for your own individual use;
  • Republish any of the Course, in part or in whole;
  • Distribute any of the materials contained in the Course or related materials and/or communications as your own;
  • Reproduce and alter any part or whole of the Course for distribution as your own work;
  • Claim ownership or use over any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent, which includes (but is not limited to): copyrights such as course materials, worksheets, workbooks, lessons, videos and more; trademarks such as names, logos, taglines or other unique source identifiers;
  • Use our Course or any related materials and/or communications in an unlawful way or for any illegal or unlawful purpose(s).
